Conditions:

• If necessary, the relevant material must be delivered in cold storage.

• Income and Sales Tax deduction will be applicable as per law.

• SLF reserves the right to accept or reject any/all quotations without assigning any reason(s).

• Quantity and presentation of material may vary depending on the available budget and field requirement.

• All quotations must be received in sealed envelopes marked with RFQ-2025/02 and name of the item category.

• Material will have to be provided within 10 days after receiving work order.
