Snow Leopard Foundation (SLF) invites sealed quotations/bids from reputable nurseries and suppliers for supply of approximately 4,000 healthy fruit tree saplings for plantation activities during the current year.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Reputable nursery/supplier with relevant experience
• Priority will be given to plants produced in Chitral.
• Ability to supply within 3 weeks after getting work order.
• The supplier shall ensure delivery of the plants to the SLF Chitral Office.
• The closing date for submission of bids/applications shall be 03 March 2026.
• SLF reserves the right to increase or decrease the required quantity of plants at its discretion.

Only shortlisted suppliers will be contacted. SLF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.

All quotations must be received by 03:00 pm, 3rd March 2026 at the following address: Chitral Program Office, Snow Leopard Foundation, Governor Cottage Road, Goldur, Chitral, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
