Snow Leopard Foundation (SLF) invites sealed quotations from interested and eligible firms/companies for the supply, installation, and commissioning of a Solar Dryer as per the specifications outlined below:

Scope of Work

The selected firm/company will be responsible for:

• Supply of the solar dryer and all associated components and materials
• Its installation and commissioning at the specific location identified by SLF at Bagrote valley in Gilgit, Gilgit-Baltistan
• Provision of technical support and after-sales service, at least for one season after installation and as applicable

Submission Details

• Quotations must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked: “Quotation for Installation of Solar Dryer”
• The quotation should include:
  • The complete specification and total cost of the system containing all applicable taxes.
  • Delivery and installation timeline
  • Warranty and after-sales support details
  • Validity period of the quotation

Terms and conditions

• SLF reserves the right to accept or reject any/all quotations without assigning any reason.
• Late or incomplete quotations will not be considered.
