SLF celebrated International Snow Leopard Day 2017 at the national level. The International Snow Leopard Day event was organized by SLF in collaboration with the Ministry of Climate Change and other partners in Islamabad on 23 October 2017. The chief guest at the occasion was Federal Minister for Climate Change, Senator Mushahid-Ullah Khan. Ambassadors of Norway and Kyrgyzstan, senior officials from government and non-government organizations, and students were all present at the event. The Snow Leopard Day was also celebrated in Gilgit Baltistan and Chitral.
